1 Agreement & Legal Contracting Entity

By accessing our website (https://heavenlyvillabali.com), requesting villa information, or placing a reservation, you enter into a binding agreement with Heavenly Villa Bali ("we", "us", or "Management").

If you are making a booking on behalf of additional guests, you warrant that you have full authority to bind all members of your travel party to these Terms.

2 Villa Reservations & Multi-Currency Rates

All reservations are subject to availability and formal written confirmation by Heavenly Villa Bali.

• Rate Validity: Villa rates displayed on our website are dynamic and updated regularly. Rates include daily housekeeping, high-speed Wi-Fi, and private pool maintenance.
• Multi-Currency Transparency: Rates may be displayed in USD, AUD, or IDR based on your session selection. All internal transactions and official vouchers are settled based on the prevailing exchange rate.
• Payment Confirmation: Reservations are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking deposit or full payment as specified in your booking agreement.

3 Check-In, Check-Out & Guest Registration

Standard check-in time across our properties is between 14:00 and 18:00 WITA. Check-out times vary per property and strictly follow the specific villa selected as detailed on its property page.

4 Maximum Occupancy & House Regulations

Each villa has a strict maximum capacity limit stated in its property description. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior written approval from Management is strictly prohibited.

• Parties & Events Policy: Private parties, celebrations, or gatherings are permitted at our villas, but must be declared and approved in advance by Management. Unannounced loud parties or commercial shoots without prior written authorization are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours (22:00 – 07:00): Out of respect for neighboring sanctuary properties, amplified sound or outdoor speaker noise is restricted after 22:00.
• Prohibited Items & Conduct: Illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, and disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

5 Complimentary VIP Airport Transfer Policy

VIP Airport Pickup from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is 100% complimentary and included with villa reservations of 3 nights or more.

• Minimum Stay Requirement: Free airport transfer is valid for bookings with a minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights or more. For stays under 3 nights, private transfer can be arranged upon request for a standard fee.
• Flight Detail Submission: Guests must provide flight numbers and estimated arrival times at least 24 hours prior to landing to ensure seamless driver dispatch.
• Luggage Capacity: Standard pickup includes one private air-conditioned vehicle. Excess luggage requiring additional vehicles may incur a nominal transport fee.

6 In-Villa Services & On-Arrival Ordering

Additional experiences (floating breakfasts, spa massages, private chef dining, scooter rentals, nanny care) are requested directly with your Villa Host upon arrival.

Services provided during your stay can be settled via card payment or cash (IDR / USD) with your Villa Host prior to check-out.

7 Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Heavenly Villa Bali is not liable for loss, injury, flight delays, or property damage resulting from acts of God, volcanic activity, extreme weather, government regulations, or events beyond our reasonable control.

8 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Denpasar, Bali.
