Please note: there may occasionally be some daytime construction activity nearby between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Reduced rates have already been applied to reflect this. If any disruption is significant during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Please adhere to the booking rules. The villa cannot be occupied by more guests than booked. Host approval is required for professional photography, and additional terms may apply.

Floating breakfast can be arranged upon request with an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you would like to enjoy this experience during your stay.

Ivy Secret Garden II does not have direct car access. Guests can reach the villa by car up to the lane entrance, but the villa itself is accessible only by motorbike. Parking is available for up to 3 motorbikes.
