She’s obviously a very experienced Airbnb host The house is absolutely bursting at the seams with generosity and extras and everything you could possibly imagine or think of We stayed in three villas in Bali this trip and this was by far the best. The kids particularly loved the gym hangout area downstairs. The pool was incredibly refreshing and beautiful and we slept so well but the view cannot be described in words. It’s breathtaking. I’m still thinking of it when I’m having moments of stress at work and I need to relax. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay any less than four nights and we will definitely be back"

"I dont have enough words to describe the villa and the owner Hayley, felt at home from the moment we entered. Amazing property with top notch facilities and amenities in the villa. Pool and bedrooms and living room have outstanding views. Sports studio can standout against some of the top european sports clubs. Management staff - Putu - was extremely reactive on our requests, recommendations and help. Location - just 5 min from the pain hip and happening street of Jalan Labuansait - with all great cafes, beaches, restaurants. Owner - Hayley - great communication - all i can say is that I have been doing airbnb since a very long time, it was definitely one of the best."

"What a lovely place with an exquisite attention to detail, providing all the necessities (great wifi, daily fresh towels, shampoos, bug spray, coffee & chocolate) for a relaxing stay. Communication was perfect, the location was actually better than anticipated (one could even walk to one of Uluwatu's main streets) and the view from everywhere around the house is stunning with the pool being the star of the show. Finally the construction works mentioned in previous comments were not nearly as intrusive as they led us believe. Would definitely stay here again if/when we come back to Uluwatu."

"Before we came to Makai Ocean Ridge we knew this would be the highlight of our vacation in Bali, but as we arrived Makai Ocean Ridge surprised us as it was even better than expected! This villa offered so many amazing features as the most beautiful scandinavian interior design (which we really enjoyed as we come from Finland), great beds, gym, infinity pool with a ocean view and much more! Also staff were amazingly kind and we even got wine, coffee beans, chocolate and other gifts as we arrived. There is a construction site near, as there are all over Uluwatu area to be honest, but it did not bother us at all. Some little noises could be heard while being at the pool area but nothing major and only small period of time per day. We would have not even paid attencion to it if we were not informed of it beforehand. All four of us agreed on Makai Ocean Ridge being the most incredible airbnb/hotel we have even been! ❤️☀️"

"There's a construction site nearby. it starts at 8 am. ends at 6 pm. no one warned. Tomorrow is Sunday, they are drilling. We specifically rented a villa for the weekend to relax. I'm upset the weekend wasn't a success. !!!! рядом стройка. она начинается в 8 утра. заканчивается в 6 вечера. никто не предупредил. завтра воскресение, они сверлят. мы специально сняли виллу на выходные, чтобы отдохнуть. я расстроена, выходные не удались."
