MaySa Cliffside Villa

"The place was nice but we did not have water till the last few days where we could shower and flush the toilet I would definitely double check that first. The convenience of having scooter organise was great although I recommend existing to the street with extreme caution as it sits on a very blind corner. As someone who was there to surf and party it’s a good spot and I would stay again if the water supply was continuous."

"Prima voor een kort verblijf met een heerlijk zwembad. We hebben geen last gehad van de bouwwerkzaamheden. Qua onderhoud was het rommelig en een beetje gedateerd. De badkamervloer zag er slecht uit, doucheputje was stuk, vlekken in beddengoed, verfspetters op veel plekken. Het zijn maar details. In de basis een prima plek."

"Super pleased with the villa- location, host, and the villa’s amenities were great. Had wifi issues on the last day, and the hosts were super quick to try resolve the issue"

"Een fantastische villa, dichtbij t centrum alles op perfecte loop afstand te doen"

"Nice place - thank you."

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder!"

"Note: We were going to give this experience 1 star, but the hosts offered us a 10% discount for all the trouble, so we gave 2. This villa stay was an unpleasant experience. The water was off the first evening & next morning, then the door of one of the villas was broken and had to be fixed while we waited. The monkeys are also a big nuisance, with 7 monkeys going through our things & making it scary to leave and walk around (they chase). We did not feel comfortable here because of the aggressiveness of the monkeys, and did not feel the villa was usable for relaxation by the pool. The construction sound was very loud & distracting, and parts of the villa had no privacy at all during the day. The WiFi was spotty, and the outdoor deck was very slippery. Toilet is outdoors so you get soaked if using it in the rain. That said, we have reviewed the location and space as unpleasant, but we really appreciated the staff for their responsiveness. The AC was nice & the were beds comfortable"

"Super nice villa. Staff super helpful. 10/10"

"Great location and Gede was a great help always"

"We enjoyed our stay at MaySa Cliffside Villa. It was clean and comfortable and good value for money."

"Our final stay in Bali after staying in some beautiful villas this one was a little disappointing. I am not someone who ever leaves negative reviews but after only reading extremely positive ones about this villa I feel it’s only right to be honest. Firstly we get there and wasn’t told until we asked about the WiFi, was told it was broken and was promised it would be fixed the next morning. This went on everyday, being lied to about the WiFi and even ignored by the manager whose number I had. This is hard as a traveller who needs WiFi to book and contact family and to not be able to stay in and enjoy the villa due to this was disappointing as this is a basic requirement. More the fact of being lied to each day that it would be fixed. ‘Clean towels’ which we had been given stank and had stains all over them. No hand soaps filled in bathroom so the cleaning is a very rushed job. It looks impressive from a distance but actually needs some TLC in a lot of areas especially the bottom room"

"Had a great stay here. Conveniently located in the center of all Uluwatu has to offer. The staff was proactive and super helpful setting up scooter rentals and anything else needed. Would stay again’"
