"This place completely exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely wonderful incredibly helpful, resourceful, and always willing to go above and beyond to serve. Special shoutout to Franco and Fridol, who were both amazing from start to finish! The views are unmatched waking up to that water view every morning was worth the whole trip. One heads up: the stairs down to the property are no joke, so pack light! Your future self will thank you. If you want beauty, incredible hospitality, and a stay you won’t stop talking about, this is it."

"Beautiful location! It was quite hot in Uluwatu so the AC is amazing. As mentioned by the host, the stairs were quite steep depending on where you are so it can be a workout to leave if you are at the bottom, but doable for people with no mobility issues. Saw the monkeys and followed the advice for keeping windows closed to stop any unwanted guests. Surf can be loud but not overwhelmingly so. All covered by host description and we found it so beautiful and comfortable!"

"We had the most INCREDIBLE stay at The Korowai. Santai Cliffside Haven itself is absolutely stunning but the view is the main event. I couldn’t believe how much it looked like the pictures online and was actually even better. The layout of the villa is very homely and feels very beachy and tropical. We even had lots of views of monkeys through our windows. The Sea view is breathtaking and the sound of the waves is so peaceful. The Receptionist at The Korowai was so so helpful and always responded very quickly. The staff was always on hand to help with bags or deliveries. I couldn’t recommend this Villa enough. If you are ever in Uluwatu you MUST stay here Thank you so much!!"

"I feel so lucky that I have been able to experience a few days there. You can hear the beach while sleeping; you can hear the sound of the water getting into the rocks. It's just a dream place, and the access is not for everyone, but the gift that you get through the effort you put into accessing the villa is just amazingly worth it."

"Amazing staff and amazing location despite the long walk to and from the villa. The only downside was that the hot tub was not up to standard, it took forever to fill then when I figured out how to turn it on a horrendous odour came from the pumps and filled the tub with dirt and grime, so then became unusable. Despite this we still very much enjoyed our stay and loved the sound of the ocean underneath our bed. The monkey warnings are no joke as they turn up after lunch and try to open the doors!"
