? Construction Noise
There is ongoing construction within the surrounding area, and work schedules may vary. While there may be little to no disturbance during your stay, construction noise is possible at different times.
Noise is generally expected between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, although schedules are beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.
To reflect this possibility, our rates have already been adjusted accordingly. If construction noise becomes excessively disruptive during your stay, you may choose to cancel your remaining nights, and we will provide a refund for any unused nights.
? Booking Rules:
- The villa cannot accommodate more guests than originally booked.
- Host approval is required for any professional photography; additional terms may apply.
- In accordance with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. This form includes the house rules and property terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to this process.
