Villa Serai Lemongrass Retreat

"Logement au top! Équipe au top! Rien à dire apart un énorme merci ☺️"

"Hello! The place actually good and worth money 100%, the host was friendly and quick responding. Big living room/ kitchen, very cozy bedroom. But I took one star away because the head of the shower is very very bad, the water goes anywhere but straight which makes showers almost impossible. Also good working blow dryer would be nice as well. Overall good place :)"

"This is my second time staying here — I really love this villa. Great internet, very comfortable, and even better in real life than in the photos. Would happily come back again ❤️"

"Loved staying here the host was very friendly and helpful the whole place was super spacious and quiet. Pool was clean kitchen was clean sheets were fresh. Little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Would stay here again for sure :)"

"Villa just amazing - stylish, beautiful, fully furnished"

"The villa was very well maintained and overall a comfortable place to stay. It is new, clean, and beautifully designed. The rate Pros: The white walls and floors combined with wooden furniture create a wonderful design that fits perfectly in a resort setting. The size is ideal for a small family or a couple. The location is close to the sea, in a simple village area with a nice balance of local and international atmosphere. Shopping can be difficult without a scooter, but this should not be a problem for those familiar with Bali. Cons: We were checked on several times while we were on the way before check-in, and again before and after check-out. Being repeatedly asked to write this review felt intrusive. I felt that the guest’s freedom and personal pace were not well respected. Regarding the building itself, when it rains, water collects on the deck, and rain also comes into the interior space. In addition, there were many insects floating in the pool."

"Such a beautiful, clean, and peaceful villa. The atmosphere was calming, and the staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help. I felt very well taken care of and truly enjoyed my stay."

"Enjoy banget stay disini. Staffnya super duper ramah. Semuanya five star. 10/10 bakalan rekomendasikan ke orang2 dan possible bakalan balik lagi in the future. Thanks a lot House of Reservation ❤️??"

"The place was spacious and had every single thing you need for a long stay. The house was spotless and we felt like we were the first guests ever . In addition they offered cleaning every day - included. The host was so responsive, she helped us get a motorbike. If anything needed fixing she was on it right away. And flexible checkout which we really appreciated . The area is great , five minutes from the surf spot and nice cafes"
