"Villa Pandora Ocean Crest is a beautiful villa with a generous layout, a large swimming pool, and many special features such as a massage chair and an amazing sound system. I would recomend the manager to label each remote control( there is about 10-15 of them) and write down manual for Villa ? Sunbeds need little updating, and i would add more lights to the bathroom/ wardrobe definitely. Unfortunately, we were probably just unlucky with a few minor issues. In one bedroom, the air conditioning was making a noise every hour during the night that kept waking us up. ( they tried to fix it every day) The electricity went out twice in the entire area, and twice in the morning we had no water, which Andre managed to fix within an hour or two. Without these issues, our stay would have been amazing. The villa is truly worth it. They offered us 15% discount on our stay for that."

"Terrible Experience – Got Robbed and the Host Did Nothing. I had one of the worst stays of my life at this Airbnb. On the very first night, someone broke into my room and stole $2,300 in cash from my wallet while I was out. The most shocking part? The host never gave us keys to lock our individual rooms, which was already suspicious from the beginning. After the theft, I asked the host to check the security cameras. The footage clearly shows someone entering my room at exactly 22:03, while we were all out. It couldn't be more obvious — yet the host refused to take any responsibility, offered no help whatsoever, and kept making excuses even with video evidence in front of him. I spent the rest of the stay feeling unsafe and anxious. I literally couldn't sleep at night and ended up only sleeping during the day out of fear. On top of that, the host was disrespectful and dismissive throughout the whole ordeal. If you value your safety, privacy, and peace of mind, avoid this place at all"
